Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We offer the following shipping options for orders within the United States:

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement.
International Shipping
At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at hviadujkve@iubridge.com before placing your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package on the carrier’s website.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, KizikShops is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier delays due to weather, natural disasters, or high volume
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
- Customs processing (for international orders)
Lost or Stolen Packages
KizikShops is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier confirms delivery. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package:
- Check with neighbors and household members.
- Contact the carrier directly.
- If the package is still missing, please reach out to us at hviadujkve@iubridge.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date, and we will do our best to assist you.
Shipping Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at hviadujkve@iubridge.com. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order. Refunds for undeliverable packages will be issued minus the original shipping cost.
